Disposition versions
95. A levy of $97.25 per elevator or other elevating device shall be paid annually to the Board by the owner of an elevator or other elevating device. However, for the year during which an elevator or other lift is put into service, the levy shall be $193.05.
95. A levy of $97.25 per elevator or other lift shall be paid annually to the Régie du bâtiment du Québec by the owner of an elevator or other lift. However, the owner shall pay a levy of $193.05 for the year during which an elevator or other lift is put into service.
