Disposition versions
1.1.4. This Chapter does not apply to the construction of
(1) a building referred to in the second paragraph of section 1.04;
(2) a greenhouse;
(3) a building with a building area under 10 m2 within the meaning of the National Building Code as adopted by Chapter I of the Construction Code.
