Disposition versions
43. For the purpose of calculating the time limits provided for in section 9 of this Regulation, the time elapsed since the date of a candidate’s registration for a professional training session under the Règlement sur la mise en œuvre du projet pilote du nouveau programme de formation professionnelle au sein de l’École du Barreau pour l’année scolaire 2023-2024 (resolution CA 2022 11 17 – 7.2, 2022-11-17) or, as the case may be, since the date of the declaration of the candidate’s eligibility for an articling period in accordance with the By-law respecting the professional training of advocates (chapter B-1, r. 14), is taken into account.
In addition, for the purpose of calculating the number of attempts at the examinations provided for in section 11 of this Regulation, the examination and the number of attempts at the examination provided for in section 17 du Règlement sur la mise en œuvre du projet pilote du nouveau programme de formation professionnelle au sein de l’École du Barreau pour l’année scolaire 2023-2024 are taken into account.
