Disposition versions
11. A decision of the disciplinary council which obliges an advocate to remit a sum of money under subparagraph d of the first paragraph of section 156 of the Professional Code (chapter C-26) is deemed to be a claim against the fund, if the request for an inquiry under section 122 of the Professional Code was filed with the office of the syndic within the period prescribed in section 9.
