Section 51.0.1
Disposition versions
51.0.1. A facsimile of the signature of a holder of a position referred to in sections 50.0.1 to 51 may be affixed to the documents he or she is authorized to sign under those sections, except the documents required for the purposes of articles 1059, 2956 and 2960 of the Civil Code.
