1. In accordance with section 3 of the Regulation, the following persons are authorized to sign the documents required for the purposes of subsection 1 of section 5.1 and section 20 concerning the delivery of a proof of claim, and section 6 concerning the appointment of a proxyholder and the delivery of a proof of claim, of the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act (R.S.C. 1985, c. C-36):
