BANKRUPTCY AND INSOLVENCY ACT
1. In accordance with section 3 of the Regulation, the following persons are authorized to sign the documents required for the purposes of subsection 13 of section 50, subsection 1 of section 50.1, subsection 1.1 of section 60, subsection 1 of section 81, subsection 2 of section 124 and subsection 1 of section 128 concerning the delivery of a proof of claim, and sections 54 and 109 concerning the appointment of a proxyholder, of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (R.S.C. 1985, c.
