1. In accordance with section 3 of the Regulation, the following person is authorized to sign the documents required for the purposes of article 66 of the Code of Penal Procedure (chapter C-25.1):

Headquarter position

Director, Criminal Investigations Division.

2. A facsimile of the signature of the holder of the position referred to in section 1 may be affixed on the documents that the position holder is authorized to sign under that section 1.
