A-3.01, r. 1 - Regulation respecting college or university level educational institutions

Disposition versions
1. The following are educational institutions within the meaning of the Act respecting the accreditation and financing of students’ associations (chapter A-3.01):
(1) the Conservatoire de musique et d’art dramatique du Québec, established under the Act respecting the Conservatoire de musique et d’art dramatique du Québec (chapter C-62.1), together with its branches and affiliated superior schools of music or dramatic art;
(2) the Institut de technologie agroalimentaire du Québec;
(3) (paragraph revoked);
(4) the Institut du tourisme et d’hôtellerie du Québec.
1. The following are educational institutions within the meaning of the Act respecting the accreditation and financing of students’ associations (chapter A-3.01):
(1) the Conservatoire de musique et d’art dramatique du Québec, established under the Act respecting the Conservatoire de musique et d’art dramatique du Québec (chapter C-62.1), together with its branches and affiliated superior schools of music or dramatic art;
(2) the Institut de technologie agroalimentaire de La Pocatière;
(3) the Institut de technologie agroalimentaire de Saint-Hyacinthe; and
(4) the Institut du tourisme et d’hôtellerie du Québec.
