2. Assessors and conciliators appointed and remunerated pursuant to the Public Service Act (chapter F-3.1.1) are required to comply with the standards of ethics and discipline set out in that Act and in the Regulation respecting ethics and discipline in the public service (chapter F-3.1.1, r. 3).
Part-time assessors and temporary assessors appointed by the president pursuant to section 424 of the Act respecting industrial accidents and occupational diseases (chapter A-3.001) are also required to comply with those standards, except the standard relating to the performance of the primary and habitual duties and powers as are attached to their positions.
