31.6. Despite section 31.5, the types of aid for a second method of communication are also insured(1) in respect of a person who, following the evaluation in section 6.1, is found to suffer from a condition that leads the person to gradually switch to braille; the initial method of communication and braille may co-exist while the person is learning to use braille;
(2) where the insured aid comes with an accessory method of communication without additional charges.
