50. The owner of an authorized automobile whose authorization has been suspended during the period of payment of the sums payable under the first paragraph of section 101 of the Act respecting remunerated passenger transportation by automobile (chapter T-11.2) is exempt from the payment of the annual insurance contribution provided for in section 46 for the period of suspension. If the suspension is lifted during the 12-month period for which the insurance contribution was to be paid, the owner must pay, when the suspension is lifted, the insurance contribution for the part of that period not covered by the suspension to again obtain authorization for the automobile.

50.
