Disposition versions
9. Where a flat-rate remuneration is prescribed for all services and more than one advocate is acting in the case, each advocate, if in private practice, is entitled, subject to section 104 of the Regulation respecting the application of the Act respecting legal aid and the provision of certain other legal services (chapter A-14, r. 4) and section 10 of the Regulation respecting the report relating to the services rendered by certain advocates and notaries (chapter A-14, r. 8), to the part of the flat rate corresponding to the services rendered by the advocate.
