Section 65
Disposition versions
65. A dispute means any disagreement concerning the interpretation or application of this Regulation, including any disagreement concerning a statement of fees or expenses submitted pursuant to the Regulation respecting the report relating to the services rendered by certain advocates and notaries (chapter A-14, r. 8).
A dispute must be submitted within 6 months of receiving the notice provided for in section 8 of the Regulation respecting the report relating to the services rendered by certain advocates and notaries.
