31. This subdivision provides the fees that an advocate may claim for services rendered to a person charged with an indictable offence other than those within the exclusive jurisdiction of the Superior Court of criminal jurisdiction, under section 469 of the Criminal Code (R.S.C. 1985, c. 46), or within the absolute jurisdiction of a provincial court judge, under section 553 of the Criminal Code.
