181. A person is not required to repay an amount granted under a last resort financial assistance program if the right realized is from an indemnity other than an income replacement indemnity paid to the person to compensate damage suffered as a result of an expropriation, eviction, fire or other disaster, act of war, attack or indictable offence, except, if applicable, the amount of any special benefit granted to the person to cover the same damage, in the cases and on the conditions that apply for that special benefit.
A person is not required to repay an amount granted under a last resort financial assistance program if the value of the right realized is composed of amounts referred to in sections 135 and 136 and intended to compensate, in whole or in part, for loss of income or loss of support.
