177.74. The basic benefit is adjusted, based on the adult’s situation on the last day of the preceding month,
(1)  by $21 for each of the adult’s minor dependent children; and
(2)  by $363 for each of the adult’s dependent children of full age attending a secondary-level educational institution in a vocational program or a postsecondary educational institution.
