4. The duties related to the licence referred to in section 4 of the Act are as follows:(a) for an application for the issue of a general licence: $938; (b) for renewal, the duties are based on the turnover appearing, in the case of a general licence, in the financial statements required under paragraph d of section 7 or, in the case of a restricted licence, in the certificate required under the second paragraph of section 8.1; the duties are as follows:

(c) (subparagaph revoked);
(d) where a travel agent operates more than one establishment, the duties are $586 for the issue of a duplicate licence per establishment and $293 for its renewal; (e) in the case of an application for the transfer of a licence to another person, the duties are 50% of the duties indicated in subparagraph a, b or d or, where the application is filed after the period provided for in section 11.1 of the Act, 75% of the duties indicated in subparagraph a, b or d;
(f) where the president refuses or where the applicant withdraws the application, the president reimburses 50% of the duties indicated in subparagraph a, b or d;
For the purposes of subparagraph f of the first paragraph, an applicant is deemed to have withdrawn an application if the requested additional information is not provided within 3 months after receiving a notice to that effect.
In the case of a restricted licence, the duties provided for in the first paragraph are reduced by 50%.
