13.1. A travel agent must keep up to date a list of travel counsellors working for the agent or with whom the agent has signed an exclusive service contract. The list must contain the names of the travel counsellors, their certificate number and the date of expiry of the certificate. On request, a travel agent must send a copy of that list to the president or an inspector or investigator appointed by the president.
Where the employment relationship with any of the travel counsellors is broken or the exclusive service contract that binds the counsellor to the agent is resiliated or terminated, the travel agent must so inform the president within 5 days of the event.
