Government Departments Act
1. The following departments are constituted for the administration of the affairs of the Province:
(1)  the Ministère du Conseil exécutif, presided over by the Prime Minister;
(2)  the Ministère de la Justice, presided over by the Minister of Justice;
(3)  the Ministère des Relations internationales, presided over by the Minister of International Relations;
(4)  the Ministère de la Culture et des Communications, presided over by the Minister of Culture and Communications;
(5)  the Ministère des Finances, presided over by the Minister of Finance;
(6)  the Ministère du Revenu, presided over by the Minister of Revenue;
(7)  the Ministère des Ressources naturelles et de la Faune, presided over by the Minister of Natural Resources and Wildlife;

(9)  the Ministère de l’Agriculture, des Pêcheries et de l’Alimentation, presided over by the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food;

The Minister of Culture and Communications is designated under the name of Minister of Culture, Communications and the Status of Women. The Ministère de la Culture et des Communications is designated under the name of Ministère de la Culture, des Communications et de la Condition féminine. The Ministère de la Famille, des Aînés et de la Condition féminine is designated under the name of Ministère de la Famille et des Aînés. Order in Council 313-2007 dated 25 April 2007, (2007) 139 G.O. 2 (French), 1983.
The Minister of Municipal Affairs and Regions is designated under the name of Minister of Municipal Affairs, Regions and Land Occupancy. The Ministère des Affaires municipales et des Régions is designated under the name of Ministère des Affaires municipales, des Régions et de l’Occupation du territoire. REPEAL SCHEDULE

In accordance with section 17 of the Act respecting the consolidation of the statutes (chapter R-3), chapter 15 of the Revised Statutes, 1964, in force on 31 December 1977, is repealed effective from the coming into force of chapter M-34 of the Revised Statutes.
