Government Departments Act

1. The following departments are constituted for the administration of the affairs of the Province:

(1)  The Ministère du Conseil exécutif, presided over by the Prime Minister;

(2)  The Ministère de la Justice, presided over by the Minister of Justice;

(3)  The Ministère des Relations internationales, presided over by the Minister of International Relations;

(4)  The Ministère de la Culture et des Communications, presided over by the Minister of Culture and Communications;

(5)  The Ministère des Finances, presided over by the Minister of Finance;

(6)  The Ministère du Revenu, presided over by the Minister of Revenue;

(7)  The Ministère des Ressources naturelles et de la Faune, presided over by the Minister of Natural Resources and Wildlife;

(9)  The Ministère de l’Agriculture, des Pêcheries et de l’Alimentation, presided over by the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food;

REPEAL SCHEDULE

In accordance with section 17 of the Act respecting the consolidation of the statutes (chapter R-3), chapter 15 of the Revised Statutes, 1964, in force on 31 December 1977, is repealed effective from the coming into force of chapter M-34 of the Revised Statutes.
