THE PARLIAMENT OF QUÉBEC ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:

The demise of the Crown does not terminate the activities of the Parliament of Québec, the Government or the courts, nor does it in any manner interrupt those activities.
In addition, the demise of the Crown does not terminate any office or employment.
