Regulation respecting exclusions from the Regulation respecting protective equipment for ice hockey
Act respecting safety in recreation and sports
(chapter S-3.1, s. 54).
1. Any person participating in an ice hockey activity with a team from outside Canada is excluded from the application of paragraph 1 of section 1 of the Regulation respecting protective equipment for ice hockey (chapter S-3.1, r. 1) in that the safety helmet that he must wear does not have to comply with the standards mentioned therein.
Such person is also excluded from the application of paragraph 2 of section 1 of that Regulation.

2. Any person participating in an ice hockey activity with a team from a Canadian province or territory other than Québec is excluded from the application of paragraph 2 of section 1 of that Regulation.
