The Commission de la construction du Québec may use the interests on the funds respecting compulsory annual vacations and general holidays up to a sum equal to 25% of those interest plus $965,000, in order to meet the administration and collection costs of the plan.

For its administration, the Commission may use a sum of $1,980,000 that is holds in trust as a reserve created from the interests on the compulsory annual vacation and public holiday fund.
