The limit to the costs for producing the statement of benefits that a member and his spouse are entitled to obtain in the cases mentioned in sections 108 and 110 of the Supplemental Pension Plan Act (chapter R-15.1) and the limit to the expenses incurred for effecting a transfer of benefits between spouses are fixed as follows:
