TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
PARC NATIONAL DES PINGUALUIT
A territory formed of Bloc 3 of Bassin-de-la-Rivière-Puvirnituq and Bloc 11 of Bassin-de-la-Rivière-Arnaud more explicitly described as being:
BLOC 3
BASSIN-DE-LA-RIVIÈRE-PUVIRNITUQ
(UNGAVA)
The block is comprised of a territory forming part of Bassin-de-la-Rivière-Puvirnituq and is bounded on the north by an undivided part of Bassin-de-la-Rivière-Puvirnituq subject to mining exploration licences, on the east by an undivided part of Bassin-de-la-Rivière-Arnaud, on the south by an undivided part of Bassin-de-la-Rivière-Arnaud and by Bloc 11 of the said Bassin-de-la-Rivière-Arnaud and on the west by an undivided part of Bassin-de-la-Rivière-Puvirnituq.
Bloc 3 of Bassin-de-la-Rivière-Puvirnituq covers an area of 497.4 km2.
The whole as shown on the plan using a scale of 1:100,000 attached to this technical description, prepared by the undersigned on 13 November 2003 and bearing number 3,176 of his minutes. The original of the plan is filed in the survey records of the Bureau de l’arpenteur général du Québec of the Ministère des Ressources naturelles, de la Faune et des Parcs.

BASSIN-DE-LA-RIVIÈRE-ARNAUD
(UNGAVA)
The block is comprised of a territory forming part of Bassin-de-la-Rivière-Arnaud and is bounded on the north by Bloc 3 of Bassin-de-la-Rivière-Puvirnituq, on the southeast by an undivided part of Bassin-de-la-Rivière-Arnaud, on the east by Category II lands, on the south by of Category II lands and by an undivided part of Bassin-de-la-Rivière-Arnaud and on the southwest by an undivided part of Bassin-de-la-Rivière-Arnaud.
Bloc 11 of Bassin-de-la-Rivière-Arnaud covers an area of 636.5 km2.
