1. Tout producteur visé par le Plan conjoint des producteurs acéricoles du Québec (chapitre M-35.1, r. 19) doit payer à la Fédération des producteurs acéricoles du Québec une contribution spéciale de 0,0475 $ par livre de sirop.

2. Cette contribution est prélevée conformément au Règlement de la Régie des marchés agricoles et alimentaires du Québec sur le prélèvement par les acheteurs des contributions des producteurs (chapitre M-35.1, r. 3).
