The members of the personnel of the Ministère du Tourisme who hold, on a permanent or temporary basis, the positions set forth in these terms and conditions are authorized, within the limits of their respective duties, to sign alone and with the same authority as the Minister of Tourism, the deeds, documents or writings listed in these terms and conditions, on the conditions prescribed under the Financial Administration Act (chapter A-6.001) and the Public Administration Act (chapter A-6.01).

The members of the personnel of the department whose positions are listed in the departmental plan of delegation of powers regarding financial management, in the Division entitled “Pouvoir de contracter et de certifier”, attached hereto, are authorized to sign the deeds, documents and writings that correspond to their respective position.
