Regulation authorizing certain psychiatric establishments to receive and treat persons detained under the Criminal Code or any penal law
Act respecting the Ministère de la Santé et des Services sociaux
(chapter M-19.2, s. 10.2).
1. Hôpital Louis H. Lafontaine and Centre hospitalier Robert Giffard, in Montréal and Québec City respectively, are authorized to receive and treat persons detained under the Criminal Code (R.S.C. 1985, c. C-46) or any penal law, the whole in accordance with section 10.2 of the Act respecting the Ministère de la Santé et des Services sociaux (chapter M-19.2).
