Tariff of the sums to be paid for the carrying out of certain functions of the Registrar of Québec

Act respecting the Ministère de la Justice

(chapter M-19, s. 27).

The sums prescribed in the Tariff have been indexed as of 3 March 2018 pursuant to the notice published in Part 1 (French) of the Gazette officielle du Québec of 3 March 2018, page 142. (s. 1). (Effect from 1 January 2018.)

1. For the carrying out of certain functions of the Registrar of Québec, the following sums are payable:

(1)  for the registering and issuing of a commission under the Great Seal by which a member of the Barreau du Québec is appointed King’s Counsel learned in the law or Queen’s Counsel learned in the law under section 16 of the Act respecting the Ministère de la Justice (chapter M-19): $28;

(2)  for the delivery of any certified copy of a document issued under the Great Seal or of another document registered by the Registrar of Québec or in his possession: $5.60.
