CONTRACTING BY PUBLIC BODIES — FORM OF THE DECLARATION OF INTEGRITY

The form of the declaration provided for in section 21.2 of the Act respecting contracting by public bodies (
chapter C-65.1
) is the following:
“I declare that I am aware of the standards of integrity that the public is entitled to expect from a party to a public contract, compliance with which is evaluated taking into account, among other things, the elements set out in sections 21.26, 21.26.1 and 21.28 of the Act respecting contracting by public bodies (
chapter C-65.1
), and I undertake to take all measures necessary to meet those standards throughout the duration of the contract to be entered into.”.
