Act respecting the conservation and development of wildlife

The territory, the plan of which appears in Schedule A and described in this section, constitutes the Lesueur Controlled Zone:
A territory located in the regional county municipality of Antoine-Labelle, comprising the townships of Fontbrune, Pau, Chopin and unorganized territories, an area of 776.5 km
2
whose perimeter may be described as follows:
Starting at a point on the eastern shore of the rivière Gatineau (réserve Baskatong) whose coordinates are 5,205,400 m N and 445,450 m E, thence easterly along a straight line to a point whose coordinates are 5,205,400 m N and 445,625 m E located 100 m east of a path; thence in a general northwesterly direction along a line parallel to and 100 m from the said path to a point on the southern limit of the right of way of the road passing by the southern end of lac Lamerlière; thence in a general northeasterly direction, along the southern limit of the right of way of the said road and its extension to the eastern limit of the right of way of the road skirting the rivière Notawassi; thence in a general northeasterly direction, along the said right of way and its fork leading to lac Notawassi to a point whose U.T.M. coordinates are 5,214,650 m N and 459,800 m E, located on the western limit of the outfitter 07-861; thence in general northerly, southeasterly, northeasterly, southerly and southwesterly directions along the limit of the said outfitter whose peaks bear the following U.T.M. coordinates: 5,219,850 m N and 459,850 m E; 5,218,550 m N and 465,500 m E; 5,220,600 m N and 472,525 m E; 5,218,750 m N and 473,450 m E; 5,211,850 m N and 473,375 m E; 5,210,250 m N and 471,800 m E, which last point is located on the western limit of the right of way of the road that passes north of lac Polonais; thence in a general southerly, easterly then northerly direction along the said right of way of the road skirting lac Polonais on the north and passing to the west of lac Chopin and a place called “Desserte-du-Lac-d’Argent”; thence in a general northerly direction, along the said limit of the right of way of the said road skirting lac Chopin and le Grand lac Sapin to its intersection with the right bank of the rivière d’Argent at a point whose coordinates are 5,223,175 m N and 473,975 m E; thence in a general northeasterly direction along the right bank of the rivière d’Argent, the eastern bank of lac de la Montagne, the right bank of the ruisseau de la Montagne and the northwestern shore of a lake whose coordinates are 5,231,700 m N and 480,550 m E to a point whose coordinates are 5,232,050 m N and 480,600 m E; thence in a westerly direction along a straight line to where it meets the western limit of the right of way of a road; thence northerly, along the said limit to a point whose coordinates are 5,233,100 m N and 481,250 m E, located on the southern limit of the outfitter 07-829; thence in a westerly direction, skirting the said outfitter through the following U.T.M. coordinates: 5,233,100 m N and 473,300 m E; 5,232,850 m N and 473,300 m E; 5,232,800 m N and 472,200 m E; 5,237,600 m N and 472,200 m E; 5,237,600 m N and 467,400 m E; 5,241,600 m N and 467,400 m E; 5,241,650 m N and 469,700 m E; 5,246,550 m N and 469,900 m E; 5,246,500 m N and 472,850 m E; 5,245,500 m N and 475,550 m E; 5,246,825 m N and 481,400 m E; 5,241,000 m N and 478,000 m E; 5,237,900 m N and 478,000 m E; 5,237,900 m N and 482,050 m E; 5,235,850 m N and 480,320 m E; 5,234,400 m N and 481,700 m E, which point is located on the southeastern limit of the right of way of the road that skirts the ruisseau Torniche; thence in general northeasterly, easterly and northerly directions along the said limit of the right of way to its intersection with the right bank of the ruisseau Torniche at a point of which the coordinates are 5,238,500 m N and 482,700 m E; thence in a general northwesterly direction along the said bank, the western shore of a nameless lake and the right bank of its effluent to the point where it empties into lac de la Chaise; thence northeasterly along a straight line to the southwestern end of lac Duplessis at a point whose coordinates are 5,241,100 m N and 481,350 m E; thence, northerly along the western shore of the said lake, the left bank of the rivière Duplessis to a point whose coordinates are: 5,244,500 m N and 480,500 m E; thence northerly, along a straight line perpendicular to the said river to its right bank; thence southeasterly then northeasterly, along the right bank of the rivière Duplessis, the right bank of the outlet of lac La Marlie, the western shore of lac la Marlie, the left bank of the outlet of lac Tonus, the eastern shore of lakes Tonus and Boisvert and of Petit lac Boisvert to the meeting point with the northeastern boundary of the county of Joliette; thence southeasterly, along the said boundary to a point whose coordinates are 5,251,650 m N and 485,200 m E, on the western limit of the outfitter 07-834; thence northwesterly skirting the said outfitter through the following coordinates: 5,253,950 m N and 484,900 m E; 5,253,300 m N and 483,500 m E; 5,256,200 m N and 480,650 m E; 5,259,500 m N and 483,850 m E; 5,260,650 m N and 482,800 m E; thence northwesterly, in a straight line along part of the southwestern limit of outfitter 07-817 to a point whose coordinates are 5,264,000 m N and 479,300 m E, on the left bank of the rivière Bazin; thence in a general southwesterly direction, along the said bank of the rivière Bazin and its extension to the point where it meets the right bank of the rivière Gatineau; thence southwesterly and southerly, along the right bank of the rivière Gatineau to the bridge over the rivière Gatineau near the Ceizur rapids; thence southeasterly, along the northeastern side of the bridge then the left bank of the rivière Gatineau to the starting point.
