(chapter C-26, s. 94, par. i).
DIVISION I
ADDITIONAL CONDITION FOR THE ISSUE OF A PERMIT
1. In order to obtain a permit of the Ordre professionnel des psychologues du Québec, a candidate for admission shall pass a course offered by the Order, pertaining to the code of ethics and lasting at least 45 hours.
The course, offered at least once a year, shall pertain in particular to the statutes and regulations that are in force in Québec and are applicable to the Order and its members.
“Candidate for admission” means a person who holds the diplomas giving access to the permit issued by the Order or a person for whom a diploma equivalence or a training equivalence has been recognized.
O.C. 1837-94, s. 1.
2. A candidate for admission may be exempted from the obligation to pass the course referred to in section 1 where the equivalence committee concludes that he has passed one or more courses offered by a university-level educational institution, with a total duration of at least 45 hours and pertaining specifically to the code of ethics and in particular to the statutes and regulations that are in force in Québec and are applicable to the Order and its members.
For the purpose of verifying whether a candidate for admission may be exempted from the obligation to pass that course, the equivalence committee may require him to pass an examination.
“Equivalence committee” means the committee formed by the board of directors of the Order under paragraph 2 of section 86.0.1 of the Professional Code (chapter C-26).

O.C. 1837-94, s. 3.
4. For an application for issue of a permit to be considered, the applicant shall provide to the Order the facts proving that his application is well-founded and shall attest to the validity of those facts.
Where an applicant makes a false declaration, his application shall be rejected; if it has already been accepted, it shall become null.
Where an application is rejected, the applicant shall be informed in writing of the reasons therefor.
