Section 619.36
Disposition versions
619.36. Every non-profit legal person established before 1 October 1992 which, at that date, continues to represent the institutions of the region of a regional board in managing the procurement of goods and services, shall be subject to the provisions of sections 260 to 265, 278 to 280, 282, 289 to 292, 294 to 297, 316, 468, 469, 485, 486, 489, 499 and 500, which apply with the necessary modifications without further formality.
619.36. Every non-profit legal person established before 1 October 1992 which, at that date, continues to represent the institutions of the region of a regional board in managing the procurement of goods and services, shall be subject to the provisions of the third paragraph of section 435.3 without further formality.

Every non-profit legal person established before 1 October 1992 which, at that date, continues to represent the institutions of the region of a regional board in managing the procurement of goods and services, shall be subject to the provisions of the fourth paragraph of section 383 without further formality.

Every non-profit corporation established before 1 October 1992 which, at that date, continues to represent the institutions of the region of a regional board in managing the procurement of goods and services, shall be subject to the provisions of the fourth paragraph of section 383 without further formality.
