612. The first members of the regional assembly shall remain in office, notwithstanding section 425, until reelected or replaced at the election that will be held after the election held pursuant to section 603.

The first members of the regional assembly shall remain in office, notwithstanding section 425, until reelected or replaced at the election that will be held after the month of October of the year following the year of the second anniversary of the forming of the first boards of directors of public institutions in accordance with the provisions of Division I.
