520.2. If necessary the Minister may, in keeping with the orientations and standards determined under the Act respecting the governance and management of the information resources of public bodies and government enterprises (chapter G-1.03) and after consulting the Minister of Cybersecurity and Digital Technology, define additional orientations and standards regarding information assets used to support health and social services network management.
The agencies are responsible for implementing those orientations and standards in the network.

520.2. If necessary the Minister may, in keeping with the orientations and standards determined by the Conseil du trésor under the Act respecting the governance and management of the information resources of public bodies and government enterprises (chapter G-1.03) and after consulting the chair of the Conseil du trésor, define additional orientations and standards regarding information assets used to support health and social services network management.
The agencies are responsible for implementing those orientations and standards in the network.

520.2. The Minister shall define the orientations and standards regarding EDP assets used to support health and social services network management, and the agencies shall be responsible for implementing those orientations and standards in the network.
The Minister shall determine the management rules and procedures relating to the certification and directory services offered in the health and social services sector with which every certification service provider designated in accordance with subparagraph 1 of the first paragraph of section 520.3.3 and every directory service provider referred to in this Act must comply.
