6. The Société is administered by a board of directors composed of nine to eleven members appointed by the Government, including the chair of the board and the president and chief executive officer.

6. TThe Société is administered by a board of directors consisting of nine members, including the chair and the president and chief executive officer.
The Government shall appoint the members of the board, other than the chair and the president and chief executive officer, taking into consideration the expertise and experience profiles approved by the board. Board members are appointed for a term of up to four years.

6. The affairs of the Company shall be managed by a board of five directors, including a president and a vice-president, appointed by the Government. Such directors shall be the directors of the Company within the meaning of the Companies Act.
