20. The following acts are declared, but not limitatively, to be derogatory to the honour of the trade, the corporation being authorized to make similar definitions by regulation:(1) Being found guilty by a court of competent jurisdiction of violations and infractions of the provisions of the Electricians and Electrical Installations Act (chapter E-4) and of the regulations made thereunder;
(2) Wilfully defrauding a customer in the performance of any work or of a contract.
