44. (Repealed).
44. A race track licence conferring on its holder the privilege of operating a race track, or a racing licence conferring on its holder the privilege of holding a race meeting, is issued only to a natural person who has been domiciled in Québec for not less than twelve months or to a person, other than a natural person, having its head office or principal establishment in Québec.
