270. The school board shall furnish to the Minister the information he requires for the carrying out of his duties, on the date and in the form he determines.
Notwithstanding the Act respecting Access to documents held by public bodies and the Protection of personal information (chapter A-2.1), a school board may furnish nominative information to the Minister if it concerns(1) pupils attending the schools and the conditions of employment, the remuneration and the classification of the staff for the purposes of preparing and implementing rules for allocating financial resources;
(2) scholastic achievement for the purposes of issuing diplomas.
