Disposition versions
52. The Commission shall make recommendations to the minister responsible for the administration of the Act respecting the Agence métropolitaine de transport (chapter A‐7.02) concerning the composition, powers and financing of the agency.
It may also make recommendations to the Minister concerning the directives that the Minister may give concerning the aims and objectives pursued by the agency in the exercise of its functions.
