539. A corporation may also, by by-law approved by the Minister of Transport, grant a subsidy to any non-profit body that organizes a special transportation service for the handicapped persons of its territory. No such subsidy may be granted before the corporation and the body make an agreement on the service to be operated.
Upon making the agreement, the corporation shall send a copy to the Minister of Transport.
