190. The fine imposed for an offence under section 188 belongs to the order, where it has taken charge of the penal proceedings.

190. The fine imposed for an offence under section 188 belongs to the corporation, where it has taken charge of the penal proceedings.

190. When proceedings relating to the unlawful practice of a profession or the unauthorized use of a reserved title are instituted by the Attorney General, the fine levied shall be paid into the consolidated revenue fund; when such proceedings are instituted by the corporation, the fine levied shall be paid to it.
