187.3. To obtain a psychotherapist’s permit, a person shall apply to the board of directors of the Ordre professionnel des psychologues du Québec and pay the annual fees set by the board.

187.3. The board of directors of a professional order referred to in the first paragraph of section 187.2 may, by by-law, fix standards of equivalence of the training prescribed by the standards fixed by the Office under that section.
