187.10.4. If the holder of a public accountancy permit fails to conform to the provisions of this chapter, to the standards for receiving or holding a permit or to the conditions applicable to the use of the title of auditor, the board of directors of the Ordre professionnel des comptables généraux accrédités du Québec or the board of directors of the Ordre professionnel des comptables en management accrédités du Québec may suspend or revoke the permit it issued. A decision under this section may be appealed from to the Professions Tribunal in accordance with Division VIII of Chapter IV.
