184.3. The Office may, by regulation and after consultation with the Bureau and the Québec Interprofessional Council, adopt rules of evidence and regulations for the conduct of proceedings relating to complaints and requests submitted to the disciplinary councils.

184.3. The Office may, by regulation and after consultation with the chairs and substitute chairs of the disciplinary councils and the Interprofessional Council,
(1)  adopt rules of practice for the conduct of proceedings relating to complaints lodged with the disciplinary councils;
(2)  adopt a code of ethics for the chairs, substitute chairs and other members of the disciplinary councils, prescribe the applicable procedure, determine the authorities responsible for the enforcement of the code and prescribe the penalties to be imposed for breaches.
