184. After obtaining the advice of the Office in accordance with subparagraph 7 of the fourth paragraph of section 12, and of the order concerned, the Government may, by regulation, determine the diplomas issued by the educational institutions it indicates which give access to a permit or specialist’s certificate.
The Government may also, by regulation and after having consulted the Office and the persons or bodies referred to in subparagraph 7 of the fourth paragraph of section 12, fix the terms and conditions of cooperation between the order concerned and the authorities of the educational institutions in Québec referred to in a regulation under the first paragraph, in particular in the development and review of the programs of study leading to a diploma giving access to a permit or specialist’s certificate, the standards that the board of directors is required to establish by regulation under paragraph c of section 93 and, where applicable, the other terms and conditions that the board of directors may determine by regulation under paragraph i of section 94, and the standards of equivalence of such terms and conditions that the board of directors may determine under the regulation.

184. The Government may also, by regulation and after having consulted the Office and the persons or bodies referred to in subparagraph 7 of the third paragraph of section 12, fix the terms and conditions of cooperation between the order concerned and the authorities of the educational institutions in Québec referred to in a regulation under the first paragraph, in particular in the development and review of the programs of study leading to a diploma giving access to a permit or specialist’s certificate, the standards that the board of directors is required to establish by regulation under paragraph c of section 93 and, where applicable, the other terms and conditions that the board of directors may determine by regulation under paragraph i of section 94, and the standards of equivalence of such terms and conditions that the board of directors may determine under the regulation.

184. The Government, after consultation with the Office, the teaching establishments and the corporation concerned, may, by regulation:
(a)  determine which diplomas issued by the teaching establishments it indicates give access to a permit or a specialist’s certificate;
(b)  fix the terms and conditions of cooperation by the corporation with the authorities of the teaching establishments in Québec contemplated in subparagraph a, particularly in preparing curricula leading to diplomas giving access to a permit or a specialist’s certificate and in preparing examinations or any other means of evaluating the persons pursuing such studies.
The Regulations Act (chapter R-18.1) applies to any regulation made by the Government which is not a regulation within the meaning of that Act.

(a)  determine which diplomas issued by the teaching establishments it indicates give access to a permit or a specialist’s certificate;
(b)  fix the terms and conditions of cooperation by the corporation with the authorities of the teaching establishments in Québec contemplated in subparagraph a, particularly in preparing curricula leading to diplomas giving access to a permit or a specialist’s certificate and in preparing examinations or any other means of evaluating the persons pursuing such studies.
The Regulations Act (chapter R-18.1) applies to any regulation made by the Government which is not a regulation within the meaning of that Act.

The regulations contemplated in this section must be published in the Gazette officielle du Québec thirty days before they are passed and shall only come into force after the similar publication of a notice that they have been passed, accompanied, in the cases where they have been amended at the time of being passed, with the text of the amendments so made or with the text of such regulations as passed.
