182.10. The secretary of the order referred to in subparagraph c of the first paragraph of section 20 of the Medical Act (chapter M-9) must send to each of the persons entered in the register referred to in that subparagraph a notice of the final decision of the Bureau or the Professions Tribunal, as the case may be, entailing the suspension or cancellation of the registration of a person in that register or the refusal to renew the registration and a notice of any decision of the tribunal correcting or revising such a decision. The notice must include the name of the person, the place and address where he principally practised acupuncture and the date and a summary of the decision.
In addition, the secretary of the order must send to the Office every final decision of the Bureau or the Professions Tribunal, as the case may be, entailing the suspension or cancellation of a registration or the refusal to renew a registration and any decision of the tribunal correcting or revising such a decision.
A notice referred to in the first paragraph may be published or inserted in an official or regular publication that the order sends to the persons entered in the register. If a notice is published, it must be laid out in a box not less than two columns wide, under the title “NOTICE OF SUSPENSION, CANCELLATION OR NON-RENEWAL OF ENTRY ON THE REGISTER OF ACUPUNCTURISTS”.
