335. Draft regulations and regulations made under section 331 shall be published in the Bulletin of the Authority.

335. The Government shall publish draft regulations in the Gazette officielle du Québec, with a notice that they may be adopted, with or without amendment, on the expiry of 45 days from the publication. The draft regulations and the notice shall also be published in the Bulletin of the Commission.
The regulations come into force 15 days after their publication in the Gazette officielle du Québec or on any later date fixed therein. The regulations shall also be published in the Bulletin of the Commission.

335. The Government must publish its draft regulations in the Gazette officielle du Québec, with a notice stating that they are to be adopted at the expiry of a period of 45 days.
A regulation comes into force on the day of publication in the Gazette officielle du Québec of a notice of its adoption by the Government or, where amended by the latter, of its final text, or on a later date fixed in the notice or in the final text.
However, draft regulations tabled in the National Assembly before the adoption of this Act come into force on the date of their publication in the Gazette officielle du Québec.
