116.1. (Repealed).

116.1. The Minister of Justice may, after consultation with the chief judge or the senior associate chief judge, designate a judge of the Youth Court to decide on the directing of a minor in accordance with section 60 of the Youth Protection Act.
The judge so designated does not then exercise judicial functions.
